MINUTES OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING

Staff Present:
The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District met on Tuesday, December 27,
2011 at 9:07 a.m., in the Board Conference Room at the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, 628 W.
19th Street, Costa Mesa, California.
President Ooten opened the meeting and discussion was held on the performance
evaluation of Mr. Scott Carroll, General Manager of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District for
the year 2011.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
