A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2011-12
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the Proposed Budget for the 2011-12 fiscal year has been prepared
by order of the Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
SECTION 1: The Annual Budget for the Costa Mesa Sanitary District for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012, is hereby adopted as set forth in the 2011-12
Proposed Budget, subject to minute action of any changes made to the Proposed Budget at the
time of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May 2011, by the following roll call vote.
