AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, CHANGING ITS REGULAR MEETING
DATE FROM THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH TO THE
SECOND THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT,
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sani-
tary District finds and declares that regular meeting of its Board
of Directors has been established to take place at 7:30 P.M. on
the first Wednesday of each month at 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa,
California. The Board further finds and declares that some of the
members of the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary Dis-
trict also serve as members of the Board of the Sanitation Dis-
tricts which meet during the second week of each calendar month.
The Board of Directors further finds and declares that the interest
of the community served by the Costa Mesa Sanitary District will be
further enhanced by changing the meeting date of the Costa Mesa.
Sanitary District to follow that of the Sanitation Districts. The
Board further finds and declares that changing said regular meeting
date to the second Thursday of each month beginning in the month of
(September, 1978 will better serve the convenience of the Board and
the purposes for which the Costa Mesa Sanitary District was create
Accordingly, the following Section is adopted as an Ordi-
nance for the Costa Mesa Sanitary District:
Section 2. The regular meeting of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District Board of Directors shall take place on the second Thursday
of each month at the hour of 7:30 in the evening at 77 Fair Drive,
Costa Mesa, California.
Section 3. The Secretary of the District shall certify to
the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub-
lished once in the Orange Coast Daily Pilot, a 'newspaper of general
circulation printed, published and circulated in the Costa Mesa

Sanitary District, Orange County, California and seven (7) days
from and after its publication, it shall be in full force and
effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Costa
Mesa Sanitary District, at a regular meeting held on the 5th
day of July, , 1978.
