2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ORANGE
3 COUNTY, CALIFORNIA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
6 AND PROVIDING FOR AN ELIMINATION OF ANY
4 REFERENCE TO MAINTENANCE IN OPERATION IN
ARTICLE 5.

6 THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
7 DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
$ SECTION 1. Article 5 of Ordinance 6 of the Costa Mesa
9 Sanitary District does hereby amend it to read as follows:
10 "ARTICLE 5. FACILITIES REVOLVING FUND
11 There is hereby established the Facilities Revolving
12 Fund of the District. All charges as established
13 by Article 3 hereof, when collected, shall be de-
14 posited in said fund. Said fund shall be used only
15 for the acquisition, construction, and reconstruction
16 of sewage facilities within the District."
17 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the
18 Costa Mesa Sanitary District, at a regular meeting held on the
19 1st day of March 1972.
