SECTION 1. Ordinance '.No. One, entitled, "AN ORDINAN�m OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA;
REGULATING AND "PROVIDING FOR 'THE INSTALLATION AND ' INSPECTION OF
CONNECTIONS TO MAIN SEWER LINE . FOR' THE , ISSUANCE OF PERMITS . FOR .
SUCH INSTALLATION;" is hereby .repealed.
SECTION. 2; ENACTMENT . CLAUSE.:The' Secretary of said
District shall certify' to the passage of •this. Ordinance and shall
