Officials Present: Engineer Southworth, Street Foreman Heller
The meeting was.called to order at•7:30 p.m. by President Meyers.
Bids Annexations The President announced that this was the time r"and place fixed for
13, 15, 17 the opening of bids for the construction of-sanitary sewers and
appurtenant work in Annexations 13, 15, and 17 to the.Costa Mesa
Sanitary District, Orange County, California.
The Secretary announced that he had received ten (10) bids. Where-
upon, all bids were publicly opened, examined and declared from the
following bidderss

Upon motion of Director Porter, seconded by Director Hollister and
unanimously carried the bids were r eferred back to the engineer for
i� checking and report to the adjourned meeting on Friday, November 23,
!, 1956 at MOO noon at the Hudson House, 2260 Harbor Blvd., Costa
Mesa, California. Meeting adjourned at 8x05 p.m.
