RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -778
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICTNOMINATING
ARLENE SCHAFER FOR
CSDA REGION 6 SEAT B REPRESENTATIVE
FOR THE CALIFORNIA SPECIAL DISTRICTS
ASSOCIATION (CSDA)
WHEREAS, the Elections and Bylaws Committee of the California Special
Districts Association (CSDA) has called for nominations for Region 6, Seat B;
and
.WHEREAS, Arlene Schafer is a member of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District and, therefore, qualified to serve as a representative for CSDA Region 6,
Seat B; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of Directors of the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District does hereby nominate Arlene Schafer to represent
the California Special Districts Association for Region 6, Seat B.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District at a regular meeting held on April 22, 2010 by the following roll
call vote:
