This being the time and place of the adjourned meeting for the awarding
of $760,000eO0 bonds of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, Orange County,
California,, in and for Annexations. Nos. 13., 159 and 179 and the Board, after
considering the various bids and the report thereon., it was moved by Director
Nelson., seconded by Director Norman that the following Resolution be adopted
r and set forth in full on the Minutest

RESOLUTION NO- 32
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DITIBCTORS OF
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT AWARDING
$760 .,000 BONDS OF SAID DISTRICT TO THE
BEST BIDDER AND REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS,
WHEREAS., at'the time and place fixed for the opening of bids for the
$760 .,000 bonds of Costa Mesa Sanitary District., in and for Annexations Nose
13., 15., and 17, and numbered 1 to 760., inclusive, all bids were publicly
opened., examined and read., and a tabulation thereof has been entered in the _
minutes; and
WHEREAS, the bid of the bidder hereinafter named is the best bid made
f
by a responsible bidder for said bonds;
NOW.,; THEREFORE,, the Board of Directors of Costa mesa Sanitary District
does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the bid of Security-First National Bank of Los Angeles,
Blyth & Co., Inc. Re H. Moulton & Company, William R. Staats & Co.9 offering
par, accrued interest to date of delivery and a premium of $61.00 for said
bonds to bear interest payable annually the first year and semiannually there®
after at the rates oft

is the bid for said bonds yielding the lowest net interest.coste Said bid
is hereby accepted and the bads awarded to said best bidder in accordance
with the terms of the proposal.
Section 2® That all bids, other than the one accepted in Section 1
hereof, are rejected and the Secretary of the district is directed to return
the check accompanying said rejected bids to the respective bidders.
Section 3o That the interest rates on said bonds are hereby fixed
at the rates stated in Section 1 hereof.
Section 4. The Treasurer of the district is hereby directed to deliver
said bonds to the successful bidder upon the payment of pare accrued interest
to date of delivery and the premium above stated.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of Septembers 1956.
