Minutes Upon motion of Director Nelson, seconded by Director Hollister, and
unanimously carried the W.nutes of the meeting of August 9 were
approved as mailed,
Resolution Non 31 Upon recommendation of Attorney Dungan, it was moved by Director
Opening of Bids Nelson, seconded by Director Hol.li.ster that Resolution No. 31
for bonds setting September 20 at 7:30 P.m. for the opening of bids for
- 760,,000 bonds for Annexations No. 1% 15, and 17 and establishing
a 30 year term. be adopted.
AYES: Directors Nelson, Hollister, and Meyers

ABSENT: Directors NormRn and Poster
