Upon motion of Director Normn,, seconded by Director Hollisters, and unani-
mously carried the m. J:inutes were approved as mailed with one correction;
ie: At the request of the Fiscal Officer Warrant #1605 to the Costa Mesa
Globe Hz,,alld for $159025 be voided due to an incorrect charge. This
changed the total wiovmt paid to $9082,•7.

his office.
The President of the. Board then inquixcv d of the Secretary whether any
written objections to the annexation had been-filed with him prior to
the time set for hearing.
The Secretary reported that he had not received any written objections
against the proposed annexation and/or the inclusion of any property
within such annexation territory, The Attorn I ey reported that the Assis-
tant Secretary had . not received any written objections in his office.
The President then announced that this was the time and place set for
the hearing of pz',Ytasts. There being no protests or objections from
the floor It was moved by Director Norman, seconded by Director Hollister
and unanimously carried that the hearing be closed.

Bonds
The attorney presented the question as to hoer long the board wanted the
bonds to run. After further discussion and upon motion of Director
Hollister, second€�d by Director Norman, and unanimously carried the term
of the bonds for Annexations Rio, 13s 15, and 17 was established at 30 years.
Adjournement
Upon motion of Director Hollister., seconded by Director Norman., and unani-
mously carried the meting was adjoined at 8s00 p.m. to August 169 1956
at 7930 p.m. for bond approval.
