A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2007 -08.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the Proposed Budget for the 2007 -08 fiscal year has been prepared
by order of the Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
SECTION 1: The Annual Budget for the Costa Mesa Sanitary District for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008, is hereby adopted as set forth in the 2007 -08
Proposed Budget.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June 2007, by the following roll call vote.
AYES: BOARD MEMBERS: Arthur Perry, Arlene Schafer, Robert Ooten,
NOES: BOARD MEMBERS: James Ferryman, Gary Monahan
