RESOLUTION OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
APPOINTING A DISTRICT TREASURER
WHEREAS, Health and Safety Code §6801 requires the Costa Mesa Sanitary District to
appoint a District Treasurer;
WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Sanitary District entered into a Professional Services
Agreement with CBIZ Accounting, Tax and Advisory of Orange County, LLC to provide
Treasurer services; and
WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed the qualifications of Marcus D. Davis and Wendy
H. Davis and found that those persons have the qualifications to act as the District's Treasurer.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Costa Mesa Sanitary District appoints
Marcus D. Davis as the District Treasurer and Wendy H. Davis as the Deputy District
Treasurer responsible for the deposit, withdrawal and investment of funds, and any other
duties reposed in the Office of Treasurer.
