A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF A BANK OF AMERICA CREDIT CARD
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has established in its District Operations
Code that the District may maintain a credit card for seminar, travel and other
expenses as the District Treasurer may establish and as shall be in compliance with the
District's Operations .Code regarding the same; and
WHEREAS, the District Treasurer has recommended that the District
maintain a credit card with Bank of America;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors does hereby Resolve and
Determine as follows:
1. That the District Treasurer is authorized to apply for and maintain a
District credit card with Bank of America on such terms as he shall determine.
2. That the Treasurer and other District officers and employees are hereby
authorized to take whatever actions are necessary and appropriate to implement this
action.
3. That the control and accounting procedures for the credit card shall be
as the District Treasurer shall establish.
