The meeting was called to order by President Meyerse
Annexation The petition for annexation being Annexation Noe 34 was presented
#34 together with the secretarys certificate that the required number
of signatures .,together with the required amount of assessed valua®
tion9 had signed the petition, Thereupon., by motion of Director
Nelsons seconded by Director Porter., and unanimously carried the
request fortAnnexation No. 34 was approved and the date for hearing
protestsMr August 99 1956 at 7:30 Pomm and the attorney was in-
structed to cause to be published the records required by lave
