A RESOLUTION -OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2004 -05.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the Proposed Budget for the 2004 -05 fiscal year has been prepared
by order of the Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
SECTION 1: The Annual Budget for the Costa Mesa Sanitary District for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2004 and ending June 30, 2005, is hereby adopted as set forth in the Proposed
2004 -05 Budget.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August 2004, by the following roll call vote.
AYES: BOARD MEMBERS: Arlene Schafer, Art Perry, Jim Ferryman,
NOES: BOARD MEMBERS: Dan Worthington
ABSENT: BOARD MEMBERS: Greg Woodside
