The meeting was called to order by President Mfrs at 6s 30 P.M.
Annexation #17 Purpose of the meating, was to consider bond proposal and time of
election on saw for Annazation No. 17, and also to consider the
relation of proposed annexeUon #19 (arid to hear Mr. Drolet, if desired)
to the contemplated bond election proceedings of Annexation #17.
Annexations
##159 #13 and
Ikx� ismuch as no one appeared in the in ersat of proposed Annexation No. 19,
it was by inutttal consent and agreed to ignore the proposed annexation and
proceed with plans for Annexation No. 17.

estimates upon which to base hand proposal for annexations No. 17, 13 and
15 contained. Wwreupon it was Moved by Director Nelson, seconded by
Director Hollister that dtse to the inability of proposed Annexation No. 19
to complete petition, the Board proceed with plans for the bond election
in Annexations 171 ?, #13 an4 t'�'7.5. Motion carried;
Moved by Director Hollister,, seconded by Director Norman that the report
of .Engineer Sout6orth on preliminary . plans for sewers 'in Annexation
#17, #13 and #15; -for the purpose of bond proposal, be accepted and approved.
Motion carried.
It Baas moved,by Director Nelson, seconded by Director Dorman that date of
bond election in Annexations #17, #13 and #15 be fixed as of February 21, 1956.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Director Hollister, seconded by Director Nelson that
O sMelveney & hers be employed to act as bond attorneys in connection with
proposal and election for Annexations #17, #13 and #15. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 700 P.M.
