A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT ADOPTING THE CITIZEN'S ADVISORY COMMITTEE
HANDBOOK
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors adopted a Citizen's Advisory Committee
Handbook that was designed to assist the Community Advisory Committee (CAC) in
understanding its general responsibilities; and
WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Sanitary District CAC Handbook provides a
summary for provisions of citizen involvement and public communication to the Board;
and
WHEREAS, the CAC Handbook serves as an introduction for future CAC
Members unfamiliar with CAC procedures and guidelines; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors does hereby RESOLVE as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct
2. That the Handbook attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is
adopted as the latest version of the Citizen's Advisory Handbook and shall bear the
date of this resolution.
