This Amendment to Agreement is made and entered into this aq% day of August 2023,
but retroactively to July 1, 2023, by and between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
("District') and Robin B. Hamers, Inc. Engineering Services ("Consultant").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on September 1, 2021, the District entered into an Agreement with
Consultant to provide general civil engineering, inspection, and contract administration
services in support of the District Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the Consultant requested hourly rate adjustments to compensate cost
of living increases; and
WHEREAS, on May 22, 2023, the Board of Directors approved Consultants
request for hourly rate adjustments.
NOW, THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. District agrees to pay Consultant for providing general civil engineering services,
inspection and contract administration services at the hourly rates attached hereto
in Exhibit A.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to be
executed this day and year first above written.
