Receipt of this Addendum shall be noted on the Bid Proposal Form. The District has made several revisions to the Plans and Bidding Documents. The revisions are generally described herein and may or may not include all revisions; review the attached Revised Plans for all revisions made. Here is a summary of the revisions: Revisions per Addendum #2 1. Replace the original Bid Proposal Form with the attached Bid Proposal Form, dated May 22, 2023. 2. Revised Project Plans dated May 10, 2023, per Addendum #2, are attached for your use. Revised sheets are indicated by the Delta #1 Revisions. Overview of Plan Sheet Revisions, including but not limited to: 3. Demolition Plan, Sheet 2 & 3 of 23: a. Two (2) Rust Leaf Fig trees on Paularino (T20 and T21) will be removed by the City of Costa Mesa. An alternate bid item is being requested should the District decide to have the District’s Contractor remove the two Rusty Leaf trees. b. Four (4) large Eucalyptus trees along Redhill Avenue will be removed by SCE. Any remaining Eucalyptus trees shall be removed by the Contractor as a part of their scope. An alternate bid item is being requested should the District decide to have the District’s Contractor remove the four (4) Eucalyptus trees. c. Protect existing driveway approach in place. 4. Grading Plan, Sheet 4 & 5 of 23: a. Scope modifications to Construction Notes 2, 3, 4, 5, 12, 13, 15, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, & 26. b. Driveway apron at parking lot will not be removed. Protect in place. Protect curb and gutter in place. Curb and gutter replacement not needed, removed from scope at driveway. AC repair removed from scope of work. d. Note 16 changed from AC paving to permeable pavers (see detail 16 permeable pavers on grading plan. Permeable pavers to tie into infiltration trench (construction note 9). e. 5. Landscape Construction Plan, Sheet 6 & 7: a. Key Note 1e - existing driveway will not be removed - protect in place. b. Key Note 1f - Asphalt paving changed to Permeable Pavers by Orco. Note the aggregate base, filter fabric and additional excavation scope are to be included in the line item. 6.
