Purchase Terms
The Learning Center fees are based on organizational size and include virtual implementation and training. Full payment is due
within 30 days of service activation. Upon signing this agreement and for as long as your account is active, you will receive
licenses, access to live customer support during office hours, access to online support tools, online hosting service, and product
upgrades. Prices quoted are good for 30 days. Interest of 1.5%per month will accrue on all delinquent balances. Any applicable
taxes are the responsibility of the client. This is not an invoice.
License Fee and Annual Renewal
The Learning Center (TLC): From initial setup and ongoing maintenance to end -user care and administrative training — our
knowledgeable, timely and responsive support comes standard with every TLC partnership. Please note that renewal pricing may
change based on the price schedule in place at the time of renewal.
Licenses can be added at any time and will be billed separately from the annual renewal invoice. New licenses will be added to the
renewal fee for subsequent term years. Please note that renewal pricing may change based on the price schedule in place at the
time of renewal.
Miscellaneous Expenses
Any expenses beyond the above -mentioned deliverables will be billed separately. Travel expenses related to product
implementation or consulting services are additional and will be billed separately. The client will be responsible for any travel costs
incurred to accommodate a change to the scheduled engagement date, for which initial travel was already booked, or for costs
incurred due to weather or other uncontrollable events.
