AMENDMENT
OF THE
VANTAGECARE RETIREMENT HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN
FOR NEW PRODUCT NAME
As the International City Management Association Retirement Corporation (also
known as ICMA-RC) in June 2021 rebranded as MissionSquare Retirement, the new
name for the VantageCare Retirement Health Savings (RHS) Program will be the
MissionSquare Retirement Health Savings (RHS) Program.
Accordingly, please note that effective as of January 1, 2022 references in RHS
Program plan documents and materials to “VantageCare” shall be deemed to be
“MissionSquare.”
No action is required. Please retain this amendment with your other RHS plan
documents.
