Notice to Proceed
Dear Alan:
The contract for the project has been approved by the Board of Directors for the Costa
Mesa Sanitary District. You are authorized to begin mobilizing and work. on the project on
Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Contact Steve Cano, Wastewater Maintenance
Superintendent for access to the pump station site.
Schedule inspections with the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Inspector, Bob Martinez, at
(562) 818-8979 at least 48 hours prior to starting any work. All work must be observed by
the District Inspector.
Please coordinate with the City of Costa Mesa regarding traffic control and encroachment
permits. Also coordinate with Mesa Consolidated Water District regarding the water meter
construction.
