A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT APPROVING NEW START TIME FOR MONTHLY
STUDY SESSION MEETINGS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has established 9:30 a.m. to be the start time for
monthly study session meetings; and
WHEREAS, the current start time conflicts with other business activities for which
certain Board members must participate; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors does therefore determine to establish a new start
time for study session meetings, beginning on August 10, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors does hereby resolve:
That the start time for monthly study session meetings is changed to begin at
8:00 a.m.
PASSED and ADOPTED on this 26th day of Jul 2021.
