Reso 2021-941A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEARS 2021-22 & 2022-23
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has conducted a series of study sessions and
other public meetings to consider an appropriate budget; and
WHEREAS, the Proposed Budget for fiscal years 2021-22 and 2022-23 has been
prepared by order of the Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
SECTION 1: The Biennial Budget for the Costa Mesa Sanitary District for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022, and for fiscal year beginning July
1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023 is hereby adopted as set forth in the Proposed Biennial
Budget, subject to minute action of any changes made to the Proposed Biennial Budget at
the time of its adoption.
SECTION 2: This budget is in compliance with District Operations Code Chapter
4.03.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District at a regular meeting held on the 28thday of June 2021.
