This Amendment to Agreement is made and entered into this 6tn day of April 2021,
between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District ("District") and Teaman, Ramirez &
Smith, Inc. ("Consultant") in consideration of the following facts:
Recitals
WHEREAS, District and Consultant entered into an agreement on May 24,
2018 for a three year term ending after Consultant performed an annual audit of
the District's financial statement for the year ending June 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the agreement allows the term of said agreement to be
extended for two additional one year term; and
WHEREAS, both parties desire to extend the term of the agreement for two
years.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
The District and Consultant agree to extend the term of the agreement for
two years.
2. Consultant shall perform an annual audit of the District's financial
statements for the years ending June 30, 2021 and 2022.
3. Other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in effect. Except as
other wise specifically modified in this Amendment, the terms and
conditions of the Agreement shall remain in effect and govern the conduct
of the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF this Amendment has been made and entered into
the date written above.
