Reso 2002-663Exempt recording requested pursuant to Government Code Section 6103 by the Costa Mesa Sanitary District When recorded, mail to: Costa Mesa Sanitary District Joan Revak Clerk of the District Post Office Box 1200 Costa Mesa, CA 92628 -1200 RESOLUTION NO. 2002-663 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE VACATION OF THE DISTRICT'S INTEREST IN AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES WHEREAS, the relocation of a portion of the District's sewer system is necessary due to the construction of a new building at 2051 Newport Blvd., Costa Mesa; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District has determined that the hereinafter described public utility easement is unnecessary for sewer purposes due to relocation of a portion of the sewer system and dedication of new sewer easements; and WHEREAS, this resolution will not affect the location or use of the public utility easement by owners of other public utilities; NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The District's interest in the easement for public utilities shall be vacated pursuant to the provisions of Section 8333 et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. 2. The description of the easement to be vacated is as follows: As described in Exhibit `A' attached hereto and shown in Exhibit `B' attached hereto. The easement to be vacated has been superseded by relocation and dedication of new easements and there are no other public facilities located within the easement. From the date this resolution is recorded the easement for public utilities no longer constitutes a public service sewer easement.
