Notice to Proceed
Dear John:
The contract for the project has been approved and signed by the District Manager for the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District. You are authorized to begin work on the project on Monday
April 27th, 2020. Please coordinate with the City of Costa Mesa and/or Newport Beach, as
appropriate, regarding traffic control and encroachment permits. Schedule with the
inspector for the district, Bob Martinez, at (562) 818-8979 at least 48 hours prior to starting
any work to ensure that no work is done without inspection.
