WHEREAS underKARL's leadership,,Mesa expanded to nine wells, two reservoirs; and a Colored ,

WHEREAS . XARL served as Chairman of the `local' Public ;Services Disaster `Preparedness
Committee including producJn0 a_disasterpreparedness video and;'
WHEREAS KARL also - provided many of Mesa's excellent services ro the Santa Ana Heights Water
Company, to insure its successful .operation and
