A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 2001 -2002.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the Preliminary Budget for the 2000 -01 fiscal year has been prepared
by order of the Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
SECTION 1: The Annual Budget for the Costa Mesa Sanitary District for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2001 and ending June 30, 2002, is hereby adopted as set forth in the Preliminary
2000 -01 Budget.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June 2001, by the following roll call vote.
