AGREEMENT FOR SMOKE TESTING
MENDOZA PUMP STATION TRIBUTARY AREA
FIRST AMENDMENT to Agreement between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
and ADS Environmental Services is made and entered into this 10t" day of December,
2019.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on September 3, 2019, the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT entered
into AGREEMENT for smoke testing roughly half of the Mendoza Pump Station
Tributary Area; and
WHEREAS, the smoke testing was completed in October 2019; and
WHEREAS, the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT now desire to amend the
AGREEMENT by temporary monitoring the sewer flow in the Mendoza Pump Station
Tributary Area; and
WHEREAS, the CONSULTANT shall be compensated for services performed
that are more particularly described in the Scope of Services attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The AGREEMENT is hereby amended to the Scope of Services described
in Exhibit "A".
2. CONSULTANT will be compensated $13.000 for the services rendered in
Exhibit "A".
3. The term of this First Amendment shall become effective upon its
adoption.
4. Except as specifically amended by the terms of this First Amendment, all
provisions of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this First Amendment
to be. executed this day and year first above written.
