A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1998 -99.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the Preliminary Budget for the 1998 -99 fiscal year has been
prepared by order of the Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
SECTION 1: The Annual Budget for the Costa Mesa Sanitary District for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1998 and ending June 30, 1999, is hereby adopted as set forth in the
Preliminary 1998 -99 Budget.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of June, 1998, by the following roll call vote.
