A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD • OF DIRECTORS OF, THE

HEREBYRESOLVE A'S FOLLOWS
WHEREAS, ROY JUNE has served as Attorney for the District for 30+ years, during which
tune: his advice, wisdom, knowledge, and,visio'n have.paved.ahe,zvay for. the continued successful operation
of the District, and
WHEREAS,; Roy- provided'the District with the`highest possible level, of service attainable by
anyone er`son shoivin absolute :dedication•to:the'Board, -sta' aril the,; ,ublie ;.and -

WHEREAS, ,-'Roy's•. list' of accomplishments include preparing virtually every :ordiiianee, '
r 'solution,and policy of. the District. currently in force,.. leading the District through the; estabhsh'ment of
trash and'sew' & assessment districts,: and negotiating and :preparing every .mayor service contract- of the
District including trash.hauling, recycling, management, and operation; and
WHEREAS,'and most importantly, Royrs'leadership has successfully kept the District, its past
and;present•Boaid - members, and its',staff,,in-good.standing, with ;the public and in the industry,
-NOW `THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that;
