A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANI-
TARY DISTRICT ESTABLISHING SIGNING AUTHORITY FOR APPLICATIONS
TO THE OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
UNDER PUBLIC LAW 93 -288 AS AMENDED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DIS-
TRICT THAT JAMES A. WARNER, President of the Board,
OR
ROBIN B. HAMERS, Manager of the District,
OR
FLORINE T. REICHLE, Assistant Manager of the District,
is hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the Costa Mesa Sanitary Dis-
trict, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, this
application to file it in the Office of Emergency Services for the purpose of
obtaining certain federal financial assistance under P.L. 93 -288 as amended by the
Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988, and /or
state financial assistance under the Natural Disaster Assistance Act for flood,
which occurred February 12, 1994.
THAT the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, a public entity established under the
laws of the State of California, hereby authorizes its agent to provide to the
State Office of Emergency Services for all matters pertaining to such state disas-
ter assistance the assurances and agreements required.
