RE: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Dear Global Power Group, Inc.,
The Costa Mesa Sanitary District ("District") extends its gratitude for the
preventative maintenance of the District's standby generators received per
the agreement between the District and Global Power Group, Inc. dated
March 23, 2017. However, at this time, the District wishes to terminate
said contract effective March 1. 2018.
