RE: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Dear YC Power Systems,
The Costa Mesa Sanitary District ("District") extends its gratitude for the
preventative maintenance of the District's mobile generators received per
the agreement between the District and YC Power Systems dated March
23, 2016. However, at this time, the District wishes to terminate said
contract effective March 1, 2018.
