Discussion: 1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL- ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Government
Code Section §54956.9 (One case)
President Scheafer adjourned the meeting to closed session at 6:21 P.M. to
confer with legal counsel regarding the following anticipated litigation: Initiation of
litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Government Code
Section §54956.9 (One case).

President Scheafer reconvened the meeting to open session at 6:51 P.M. He
noted there was nothing to report and no action taken on the closed session
