HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS- That: y

WIiEREA5,,240 rri Ilion gallons'of this used oil is disposed.-of it lhexenvironment, andn'.
WHEREAS,'.the used oil from one oil change :can contaminate more than 1,000;000 gallons
of> drinking water.; and
WHEREAS one quart of motor oilcan contaminate approximately 250,000 gallons-of drinking
water; and
WHEREAS, improper disposed of'used motor oil can kill plants and animals and cause serious
damage to: equipment at water; treatment faed hies; and
,WHEREAS, KRAGEN AUTO PARTS in, conjunction withVALVOLINE "and through their
collection subsidiaries :ECOGARD and 'EVER'GREEN ENVIRONMENTAL, have embarked, upon a'
program designed'to effect collection'of use-d','- otor oil from do it yourself pit changers for reclamation and
reprocessing,
NOW, THEREFORE; ' BE IT, RESOLVED.'; that `KRAGEN `AUTO' :PARTS with its
environmental _ ; partner; ' VALVOLINE; , through their collection s "ubsidiaries ECOGARD:. and
'EV,ER'GREEN•,ENVIRONMENTAL;; be •,commended for..their, responsible interest ,in preventing the;
