RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION NO. 91-497
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT COMMENDING FLORINE T.
REICHLE FOR BEING SELECTED AS EMPLOYEE OF THE
MONTH BY THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AND EXPRESSING
REASONS THEREFOR.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS That
WHEREAS, The City of Costa Mesa has a program of honoring each month one of its 810
employees as Employee of the Month; and,
'WHEREAS, said honoree is selected as having made an exceptional work - related contribution
to the City or meaningful service to the community; and
WHEREAS, Florine T. Reichle has been selected Employee of the Month for the month of
January, 1991 for her efforts in implementing the recycling program through the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District; and
WHEREAS, her public appearances before college students, consumer groups, business
enterprises and the public in promoting waste reduction and recycling is a meaningful service to the
community;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District does hereby
resolve as follows:
That Florine T. Reichle be' commended for her service to the District and the community which
has resulted in her selection as Employee of the Month of January, 1991;
BE- IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the efforts of Florine T. Reichle in promoting and
sustaining the recycling program for the -District be recognized and commended;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the community service of Florine T. Reichle in meeting
with the public concerning the need for recycling has brought favorable recognition to the District;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appreciation of the members of the Board of Directors:
of the District be extended to Florine T. Reichle in the sincerest manner;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution duly embossed be presented to
Florine T. Reichle for her outstanding contributions in the field of recycling;
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution .be made a part of the permanent
records of the District.
