A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, LEVYING A TAX TO PAY
THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON BONDS ISSUED
BY THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That there is hereby levied upon all the tax-
able property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Tax Code
Area "B ", a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay the prin-
cipal and interest on the bond issue in the sum of $760,000.00
dated October 1, 1956; that the rate per centum of the tax herein
levied for said purpose of paying the principal and interest on
said bonds shall be and is hereby fixed as .00839 percent of full
cash value.
SECTION 2: That the areas of the Costa Mesa Sanitary Dis-
trict of Orange County, California, in Tax Code Area "C" shall not
be taxed for the payment of any principal or interest of any bonds
issued by the District or by any area within the District.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall take effect and be in full
force immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 1983.

attested by the Secretary of said Board, all at a
Regular Meeting of the said Board held on the 18th day
of August , 19 83 and that the same was
passed and adopted by'the following roll call vote, to wit:
