RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $616,600
FROM THE FACILITIES REVOLVING FUND TO
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT

DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT WHEREAS, the Facilities Revolving Fund was created
by the Board of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District and has accrued
money to be used for District purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it in the best
interest of the District to transfer $616,600 from said Facilities
Revolving Fund to the District's General Fund, to finance the Capi-
tal Improvement Program for the 1983 -84 Fiscal Year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of SIX HUNDRED
SIXTEEN THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($616,600) be transferred
from the Facilities Revolving Fund to the District's General Fund
to be expended for authorized District purposes;
BE IT.FINALLY RESOLVED THAT a copy of this Resolution be
forwarded to the County Auditor with directions that said transfer
be accomplished.

Regular Meeting of the said Board held on the 18th day
