Contract - Orange County Department of Education - 2017-07-01OCDE Agreement #: 42192 G1X�1�7!1TTiPi7 I7Til�<Yifi7<<lft BETWEEN BETWEEN COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT AND ORANGE COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS SECOND AMENDMENT to Agreement between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District and Orange County Superintendent of Schools for educational outreach ("AGREEMENT") is made and entered into this 1" day of July, 2017, by and between the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, hereinafter referred to as DISTRICT, and Orange County Superintendent of Schools, hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, on July 1, 2015, the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT entered into AGREEMENT for the Project Zero Waste lunch education programs for Costa Mesa K -6th grade students and teachers; and WHEREAS, the Agreement expired on June 30, 2016 and the First Amendment to the Agreement was signed on July 1, 2016; and WHEREAS, the First Amendment expires on June 30, 2017 and the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT desire to extend the Agreement from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018, as provided hereinafter. NOW, THEREFORE, the Agreement is amended as of the date hereof as follows: 1. The term in this Agreement is extended to, and shall remain and continue in effect until the tasks described herein are completed and shall terminate on June 30, 2018, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of the AGREEMENT. 2. The other provisions of the AGREEMENT are reaffirmed as originally stated.
