A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, MAKING APPLICATION TO THE LOCAL
AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, FOR THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY
TO THE DISTRICT, BEING ANNEXATION N0. 208
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ORANGE
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District,
Orange County, California, desires to initiate proceedings for the annexa-
tion of the hereinafter described territory to said District;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District of Orange County, California, does hereby resolve, determine
and order as follows:
1. That this application is being filed pursuant to the provisions
of Division 1 of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California
for the purpose of proposing the annexation of below described property
to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.
2. That the territory proposed to be annexed contains 30.41 acres,
and is contiguous to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District and the territory
proposed to be included in and annexed to said Sanitary District is
specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, consisting of twO typewritten sheets and a map.
3. That a map showing said boundaries together with a copy of the
above legal description has heretofore been filed with the Orange County
Surveyor and with the Commission and has been found to be definite and
certain by the Orange County Surveyor. Said map is hereby referred to
and by reference made a part hereof to the same force and effect as is
set out herein or attached hereto.
4. That the territory proposed to be annexed is uninhabited.
5. That the reason for the proposed annexation is to obtain and
provide sewer service for the territory proposed to be annexed.
6. That the territory to be annexed is entirely located within
Orange County, California.
7. That the names of all the affected districts are as follows:
Orange County Sanitation District No. 7
Orange County Flood Control District
Harbor District
Mosquito Abatement District
County Library District
Metropolitan Water District
Santa Ana School District
8. That the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
respectfully requests the Local Agency Formation Commission of Orange
County, California, to institute proceedings for the annexation of the
above described territory to said District.
9. That it is further requested that the said Local Agency Fbrma-
tion Commission order pursuant to the provisions of 'Section 56261 of
the Government Code of California that this annexation be approved with-
out notice and hearing by the Commission and approve and authorize the
Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District to annex such
territory without notice and hearing by the Board of Directors and
without election.
10. That attached hereto is evidence of consent and request directed
to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District signed by all of the owners of the
land which is in such territory proposed to be annexed.
11. That the owners who signed said attached consent and request
are hereby found to be the owners of 100 percent of the land described
above.
12. That the proposed terms and conditions to which the proposed
annexation is desired to be subject are described as follows:
That all annexation fees be paid to the District prior to this
annexation becoming effective.

ANNEXATION TO THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT - ENGINEER'S NO. 208
That portion of Block 6, of Irvine's Subdivision, as per
map recorded in Book 1, page 88, of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, more particularly described as
Ifollows:
Beginning at an angle point in the existing boundary of the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District as described in Engineer's No: 89
Annexation to said District, as adopted March 3, 1965, by
Resolution No 65 -66 -A, said point being at the - center line
intersection of Red Hill Avenue and Paularino Avenue as shown on
a Parcel Map recorded in Book 114, pages 35 -36, of Parcel Maps,
records of said Orange County; thence along said boundary and
said center line of Red Hill Avenue South 400 37' 45" West 67.02
feet to the true point of beginning; thence departing said center
line and continuing along said Sanitary District boundary as
described in Engineer's No. 131 Annexation to said District, as
adopted September 2, 1970, by Resolution No. 70- 110 -A, the
following courses: South 490 22' 15" East 50.00 feet to a
non - tangent curve having a radius of 27.00 feet, at which point
a radial to said curve bears North 490 22' 15" West; thence
easterly along said curve through a central angle of 900 01' 06 ",
an arc distance of 42.42 feet, to a tangent line; thence along
said tangent line South 490 21' 09" East 745.84 feet to a
tangent curve, having a radius of 27.00 feet; thence
southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of
780 08' 5311, an arc distance of 36.83 feet, to a tangent line;
thence along said tangent line South 280 47' 44" West 17.90 feet;
thence South 610 12' 16" East 80.00 feet to a non - tangent curve,
having a radius of 27.00 feet, at which point a radial to said

curve bears South 490 22' 15" East; thence southwesterly along
said curve, through a central angle of 900 00' 0011, an arc
distance of 47.12 feet to a tangent line; thence along said
tangent line North 490 22' 15" West 880.00 feet to a tangent
curve, having a radius of 30.00 feet; thence northwesterly along
said curve, through a central angle of 900 00' 0011, an arc
distance of 47.12 feet, to a non - tangent line; thence along said
non - tangent line North 490 22' 15" West 50.00 feet to a point
common to the center line of Red Hill Avenue and said Engineer's
No. 89; thence departing said Engineer's No. 126, and along said
