Hi Lieu,
Here is backup for CO #1 for 200-C.
Regarding Phases 4 and 5, there is no notice of completion for each of
these phases because the jobs are so small. I have worked with Alan
Burns and Scott and we decided to follow the law and release the
retention 60 days after completion of the projects. If you need
additional authority to pay the retention, please refer to Scott.
