A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
COMMENDING ROBERT 0. BRIGGS, DIRECTOR, COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Robert 0. Briggs has served on the Board of Directors
of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District for the past twelve years, and as
the President of the Board for the past year; and
WHEREAS, during his term of office, Mr. Briggs has contributed
a great deal of time and effort towards the improvement of the
Sanitary District; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Briggs' commitment to serving the best interests of
the community as a Sanitary District Board Member has resulted in
high quality services to the public at reasonable cost to taxpayers
of the District; and
WHEREAS, the character, warmth and honesty of Robert 0. Briggs
will be missed greatly by his fellow Board Members and Staff of the
District; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of Directors of
the Costa Mesa Sanitary District expresses appreciation to Mr. Briggs
for service to the District; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that an original of this Resolution be
made a part of the perpetual records of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District.

Costa Mesa Sanitary District of Orange County, California, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that

and attested by the Secretary of said Board, all at a Regular Meeting of said
Board held on the 13th day of December, 1979, and that the same was passed and
