Hi Noelani:
The cost for a 64 gallon container serviced monthly would be $40
This will hold the equivalent of about 6 banker sized boxes of paper and
based upon our conversation, is a recommended starting point. As we
discussed, if the size of the container and/or frequency need to be
adjusted, that can easily be accommodated. As I mentioned, we do not
have a written contract and operate strictlyon a month to month basis
with our customers, as we always have.
If the container needs to be serviced at anytime additionally,
other than normal intervals, we would charge $15/service.

That works fine. Staff will instruct
your crew on which boxes need to be destroyed and will accept the
certificate of completion upon destruction.

charge of the records management program here at CMSD. I have several
boxes that require destruction and would like to get a price quote for
the shredding of the contents in 8 regular size banker storage boxes.

soon.
