A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, COMMENDING KERM W. RIMA, DIRECTOR,
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Kerm W. Rima has served on the Board of Directors of
the Costa Mesa Sanitary District for the past twelve years, and as
the President of the Board for the past four years; and
WHEREAS Mr. Rima also served as Director to the District
Regional Board 1 and 6 for four years; and
WHEREAS, during his term of office, Mr. Rima has contributed
a great deal of time and effort towards the improvement of the
Sanitary District; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Rima's commitment to serving the best interests
of the community as a Sanitary District Board Member has resulted
in high quality services to the public at reasonable cost to tax-
payers of the District; and
WHEREAS, the character, warmth and honesty of Kerm Rima will
be missed greatly by his fellow Board Members and Staff of the
District; and
WHEREAS, the humor encompassed by the national dialects
rendered by Mr. Rima will be greatly missed;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of Directors of
the Costa Mesa Sanitary District expresses appreciation to Mr. Rima
for service to the District; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVJED that an original of this Resolution be
made a part of the perpetual records of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District.
