Reso 1978-3231 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11, 12'' 131, 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 321 RESOLUTION NO. 78 -323 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, BINDING AND DECLARING NO PROTESTS FILED TO THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR TRASH COLLECTION AND ADOPTING THE REPORT ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE DISTRICT. J THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DIS- TRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, an ordinance providing for the collection of charges of general taxes pursuant to §5473 of the Health and Safety Code was passed and adopted on the 5th day of June, 1968, at a regular meeting of said Board; and WHEREAS, thereafter a public hearing was set for the 5th day of July, 1978 to be heard in the First Floor Conference Room of the Costa Mesa City Hall at 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, California, at the hour of 7:30 P.M.; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has heretofore caused notice of said hearing to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the District, pursuant to §6066 of the Government Code; and WHEREAS, the Board has found and determined that (assessor's parcels are being considered in connection with this hearing; and WHEREAS, the Board finds and declares that no written nor oral objections were filed by the owners of a majority of the separate parcels of property described in the report; and WHEREAS, no protests were filed, either written or oral, pursuant to §5473.2 of the Health and Safety Code; and WHEREAS, no objections, oral or in writing, having been filed, the Board finds it unnecessary to revise, change or modify any of the charges on any class of property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no modifications are necessary in said report. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the report is hereby adopted. BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Clerk be instructed to file a copy of the report and this Resolution with the County Auditor prior to the 31st day of August, 1978. NOTE: Administrative and Indirect Costs are pro -rated in the same ratio that each activity's (i.e., solid waste disposal versus liquid waste - disposal) direct costs bear to the total direct cost for 1978 -79. Solid waste disposal accounts for 82% of the direct costs and liquid waste disposal accounts for 18% of the direct costs, therefore, Administrative and Indirect Costs are pro -rated in the same ratios. 7/3/78
