RESOLUTION NO. 78 -314
A RESOLUTION OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT,
FINDING, DETERMINING AND DECLARING THAT NO PROTESTS
WERE LODGED AT THE PUBLIC HEARING HELD FEBRUARY 1,
1978 RELATING TO THE BRISTOL /PAULARINO CONDEMNATION
PUBLIC HEARING; THAT NO OBJECTIONS WERE MADE TO SAID
LAND ACQUISITION;.THAT NO OBJECTIONS WERE MADE TO
LOCATION IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
I FOLLOWS :
THAT WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Sanitary District did on
February 1, 1978 at a regular noticed meeting conduct a public
hearing relative to acquisition of certain right of way for
sanitary sewer pipeline purposes; and
WHEREAS, the parcels involved for convenience purposes are
described as Parcel No. 1 (Baker Associates) and Parcel No. 4
(Big Eye), a legal description being more specifically set forth
as an exhibit on Resolution No. 78 -314; and
WHEREAS, no appearance was made at said public hearing by
any person or persons making objection to said acquisition; and
WHEREAS, no appearance was made contesting the location of
said acquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of the Costa Mesa Sanitary Dis-
Itrict does hereby find, determine, order, declare and resolve
that no protests written or in person were received in opposition
to the acquisition to certain right of way for the Baker /Paularino
sanitary sewer right of way nor was there any appearance nor pro-
test, written or in person, objecting to the location of said
proposed acquisition;
The Costa Mesa Sanitary District does further find, deter-
mine, order, declare and resolve that considerations of environ-
ment were heard by the Board at said public hearing and it was
found that a negative impact would result on the environment in
accordance with the guidelines applicable to the Environmental
Quality Act of 1970 and that a negative declaration as provided

for by said Act was warranted, received and filed.
