A RESOLUTION OF THE'BOARD OF. DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
COMMENDING C. THATCHER WARREN, DIRECTOR, COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, C. Thatcher Warren ha-s served on the Board of Directors
of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.for the past eleven years; and
WHEREAS, during his term of office, Mr. Warren has contributed
a great deal of time ..and effort towards the improvement of the
Sanitary District; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Warren's commitment to serving the best interests
of the community as a Sanitary District Board Member has resulted
in high quality services to the public at reasonable cost to tax-
payers of the District; and
WHEREAS, the character, warmth and honesty of "Thatch" Warren
will be missed greatly by his.fellow Board Members and Staff of
the District;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of Directors of
the Costa Mesa Sanitary District expresses appreciation to
Mr. Warren for service to the District; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that an original of this Resolution be
made a part of the perpetual records of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District.

Board, all at a Regular Meeting of said Board held on the 4th day of
