Bids will be received by the Costa Mesa Sanitary District dike at 290
Paulson° Avenue. Costa Mesa, California. 92626 until the hour of
1Ot00 a.m. on the 20th day of December 2016
(Tuesday),at which time they will be opened publicly and read
aloud in the Board Conference Room. Sealed proposals shall bear the

The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the California Labor
Code.the mailing rate and scale of wages determined by the
Director of the Department of Industrial Relations,State of California.

failure or Usability to meet these requirements after the award of
contract,the Distract shill have the right to reject the bid and/or declare a
forfeiture of the bid bond.
Pursuant to California Contract Code Section 22300,CONTRACTOR will be
entified to post approved securities with the District or an approved

The Board of Directors of the District reserves the rght to select the
